Our Goals

Mission Statement:

The Western Pomerania Team exists to assist local churches in the development of a church planting movement in the Western Pomerania region.

Long and Short-range Team Goals:

Long Term Goals

Strengthen the church in Szczecinek through leadership development and evangelism.

Develop opportunities to plant churches in the Western Pomerania region of Poland.

Develop a network of church leaders among the churches in the Western Pomerania region.

Develop opportunities to incorporate mercy ministries into church planting.

 

Short Term Goals

Develop a missional mindset among the youth group members of the Baptist Church in Szczecinek.

Begin a small group study in Drawsko-Pomorskie or another small town in the region where no church currently exists.

Make initial contact with the pastors of the region.

Begin a craft ministry at the church in Szczecinek.

Craig and Carol Lynn Rucin are serving with Pioneers in Szczecinek, Poland to assist the local church with evangelism and to help facilitate a church planting movement, both in the Western Pomerania region and throughout Poland.
